I have this 18 ga and the 16 ga angled nailers. They both have worked flawlessly for over 6 months and a couple thousand nails. I use the 18 exclusively for crown and fine mouldings, and the 16 when there's a few pieces of base or casing. I still keep a compressor and air gun when I have a lot of nailing to do.

I bought these for a birthday gift. The person started using the nail guns 6 days ago on their birthday. They are horrible and useless.The person I gave them too can hammer 6 nails faster than shooting in 1 nails with this gun. There are more misfires than nails going in. Several of us have tried to get a nail in using it to see if his complaints were valid. I am so incredibly disappointed and completely embarassed to have given these as a gift.

I frequently detail out properties going on the market. The nailer is perfect for installing baseboards, quarter round and crown mouldings, without the hassle of hauling a compressor and hoses. I find it simple to operate, it is simple to load, simple to set depth. I do not see it as being any heavier than a gun with a snarly hose attached. It sinks more nails on one battery charge than I have had a need for at any job yet. Personally I think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Although not a low priced investment, it is well worth the money. It is well constructed, durable, and more impressive than the Paslode I owned previously.

I've had my new nailer system for more than a month now and I have to say that it's one of the best tools that I have ever purchased. You get professional looking results with less effort and skill. The nailer allows you to put things together that would be impossible with a regular hammer and nails due to the repeated pounding with a hammer. So enough gushing praise, let's talk details.The compressor isn't as loud as I expected (after reading other reviews) but it does make noise. There is a built-in handle on the top which makes moving it relatively easy. The system also comes with a 40 foot air hose, so if the noise bothers you, it's possible to put it far enough away (or around the corner) so it won't be too annoying.The staple gun, brad nailer, and finish nailer are very high quality and made of good solid materials. They are easy to load and very easy to use. I have not seen a single jamming event yet.The carrying case is also quite handy for keeping things together and clean.I've done a few trim work projects, whipped out a bird house in under an hour, and put trim on some doors. I'm dying to refront our fireplace and add crown molding to the dining room. This nailer makes all the difference in the world for speed and ease.Bottom Line: Would I buy this system again? I bought this for my husband and he was thrilled with the way it works. He used it for nailing wood molding and said it did a great job and made the job a lot easier.

Fusion arrived in the mail today- no disappointments. Finally replacing my Paslode after 9 years of use.The Fusion response time is much better than other battery only drivers I have used in the past, including Senco's first generation of battery drivers.All controls are intuitive and easy to use. Love the battery charge indicator.Quiet operation and no gas cost are the biggest advantages over the gas units- I will be able to hear my grand kids and pay for their collage with the savings.Unit is better balanced than it appears, light weight plastics credited. Seems to be solid construction- 10' drop-test will be conducted sometime in the future.Carry bag is first class- unfortunately, I prefer hard cases.Glad to see the advancement in tools, makes my job easier every day. I've used this stapler quite extensively around the house and it has performed flawlessly. No jams, very smooth operation. Nothing more to say, this is the cream of the crop as far as narrow crown staplers go. It's worth the extra money.

This makes my fourth Senco nail gun. Took it out of the box and put some nails into wood. Performed flawlessly. I used nails as short as 5/8" even though it claims 1" is the shortest. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a 23 ga micropinner. My other guns are 18 ga brad, 15 ga finish and full round head framing. I am a hobbyist and don't use my nailers for production purposes, however I have never had one jam.

i bought this nailer several months ago. great finish gun. the little button near the top/side of the gun is an air blower. great to have available when doing base, to blow away the crumbs from falling plaster or debris that is in the way. just push and it blows it away, nice added feature that the others don't have. have had no problems and would recommend this highly

This nailer keeps pace with what I want to do (trim work) and detach's me from the cords. I am impressed with the fit and finish of the gun. The case well that's a different matter. Arrived well packaged but still had three supports broken inside. Contacted Senco and was told to call the seller and they don't have the case's available, if I needed a case it would take MONTHS. I hae owned this gun for three years I am a profesional trim carpenter. after 3 years of steady use I have replaced the battery the new ridgid batterys are real nice with a charge indicator, the battery replcement was not a surprise batteries wear out I have had few problems with the gun so far the driver has been fine and I don't notice any lag time when you get used to the tool.I like it and would recomend it.

We own several different Paslode nail guns, including the framing nailer and the straight finish nailer. We began using the Paslode products about 4 years ago. I will say that the new guns we have purchased in the last few months are significantly better than the quality of the guns purchased just a year ago. Don't get me wrong, we weren't disappointed with our purchase a year ago, it's just that these "newest generation" guns fire smoother, have more power and have been more consistent.I have heard others complain about the cost of gas cartridges and replacement batteries and that the guns have to be reloaded fairly often. I will say that all of these are very minor inconveniences when compared to the overall benefits of these tools.We now own about 10 of these various Paslode guns for our crews and they are truly a great tool. While they are quite a bit more expensive than the air tools, the freedom of use that this style of gun offers and how it will make your work more effecient makes this a purchase well worth the money. Also, Amazon's price is EXTREMELY competative and not paying sales tax on the purchase saves us in Michigan another ... . You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

Before I purchased the DA250B, I used strictly "glue and screw" construction. A lot of time was spent drilling pilot and countersink holes, turning in the screws, and covering the gaping holes they left. Looking for a better way, I did a lot of research and settled on this Porter-Cable tool. It has exceeded my expectations. The DA250B has power to spare, driving a 1-1/4" finish nail so that the point protruded two stacked 3/4" pieces of oak... and the depth setting was far from maximum. Toenailing? No problem with this bad boy. Not one jam, not one problem - nothing but reliability and power to spare. This one is a real winner!
